Podcasts With iTunes

Hi guys, I wanna download and subscribe to a couple of podcasts. I'm using the podcasts section of iTunes, but can't figure out how to search for the podcasts I want. It's quite confusing. Is there an easier way to do this? If there is, please let me know. Thanks.

Podcasts are found in the itunes store. What I do is search for a podcast and usually it finds it by name. If not you might have to click on the podcast link and then do the search. I nkow there is a button that says podcast directlry but never had great luck with that.
